Returns Policy
If you would like to return your purchase, you may send it back to us unused and in the original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
Please complete the returns section on your delivery note and enclose with your item. We will refund your payment less postage costs on receipt of the goods.
If you require an exchange for a different size/colour, please re-order on the website in the usual way.
In the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged or faulty, please email or phone within 7 days and we will arrange for the parcel to be collected and replaced.
If, after a period of time, you have reason to believe your item is faulty, please email with details plus photo and your complaint will be referred to the appropriate manufacturer for their comments.
